Yumuşak doku örtülmesinde labiyal saplı adacık flap yöntemi: 3 olgu sunumu

Diş çekimi sonrası erken implantasyon veya geç implantasyon için yapılan alveol kret ogmentasyonunda yumuşak dokunun primer örtülmesi için farklı flap teknikleri kullanılmaktadır. Bu olgu sunumunun amacı kemik ogmentasyonu operasyonlarında yumuşak doku örtülmesinde labiyal saplı adacık flab uygulanan 3 hastanın sunumu ve uygulamanın sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesidir. Ogmentasyon sonrası üç hastanın bir tanesine immediyat implantasyon yapılırken diğer ikisine geç implantasyon yapılmıştır, her 3 hastada da yumuşak doku örtülmesi primer olarak sağlanmış ve iyileşme sorunsuz olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Yumuşak doku örtülmesinde labiyal saplı adacık flap yöntemi uygulanan 3 vakada başarılı bulunmuştur.

Maintenance of soft tıssue closure by labıal pedıcle ısland flap: 3 case reports

Various procedures for obtaining soft tissue coverage of augmented areas for late or immediate implant placement have been used. The purpose of this case report is to present 3 cases treated by labial pedicle island falp for soft tissue closure after bone augmentation followed by late or immediate implant placement and to evaluate the healing of this soft tissue closure technique. After augmentation late implant placement was applied to 2 of the patients while immediate implant placement was used for the other patient. The primer soft tissue coverage was obtained in all patients and the healing of the soft tissue was uneventful. The labial pedicle island flap was found successful in maintenance of soft tissue closure in these 3 cases.
